Swami Kripalu-inspired yoga in Thornhill and Richmond Hill, Ontario

Gabriel is a certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher with a degree in Kinesiology & Physical Education and Mathematics. He has taught all levels of yoga classes at Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario for five years. He has a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology.

Gabriel has now joined Sunlilyoga both as a yoga teacher and a yoga teacher director and trainer, in Sunlilyoga's 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. He co-led a yoga, meditation and hiking retreat with Aida in the Azores in 2017 and 2019. He has also coordinated and led yoga and meditation retreats in Ontario.

 

His unique insights, gentle strength and caring heart are evident in everything he does. It's a real honour to have him be part of Sunlilyoga.
